RAUL GARCIA
Co-founder of REVOLUTION Football Boutique and a licensed FIFA Agent since 2015. He has built his career between England and Spain, managing the operations of two major global agencies.
In addition to his deep knowledge and strong network within La Liga and the Premier League, he is also an expert in MLS—one of the key markets in the agency’s expansion strategy. He has worked with top players such as Mario Suárez, Toni Martínez, Adama Traoré, Alejandro Pozuelo, Carles Gil, and Eric Bailly, as well as renowned coaches like Javi Gracia.
Beyond the countries mentioned above, he has also led player and coach deals in China, Switzerland, Portugal, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and more.
He considers himself passionate about his work and his goal is to try to manage his clients’ careers in the best possible way, always from the closeness and consensus with them.
RUBÉN DOMÍNGUEZ
Co-founder of REVOLUTION Football Boutique and an agent with nearly 15 years of experience representing elite soccer players. He began his career at the multinational agency IMG in 2011, developing a strong foundation in international football and working with some of the world’s top players.
For over a decade, he was closely involved in the management of Kun Agüero’s career—overseeing both his professional trajectory and daily affairs, always ensuring the highest standards in both sporting and personal matters.
He has played a key role in several high-profile transfers, including Nicolás Otamendi, Enes Ünal, and Leroy Sané to Manchester City; Emmanuel Mammana to Lyon; Óscar Trejo to Toulouse and Rayo Vallecano; and Luciano Vietto, among others.
He maintains strong relationships with top-tier clubs such as Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and FC Barcelona.
With 10 years of experience in the UK, he possesses deep expertise in the British market, and has successfully led operations in Spain, the UK, France, Turkey, and Serbia. His involvement also extends to broker deals in key markets including Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, the USA, Brazil, Argentina, and Portugal.
He has extensive experience in scouting and developing young talent, guiding them through the right steps to reach the professional level.
Through REVOLUTION Football Boutique, he has built a global network of strategic partners, ensuring that his players have access to the widest range of opportunities and clubs worldwide.
